Day two.
BF Passing
-Shaolin pass to under hook side.
Pants and knee grip->sprawl->walk to under hook
-Headstand pass
Belt and pant grip(*pull knee in to stop pivot leg)->headstand pass to belt side
-Flip and pass
Belt and pant grip->forward roll->recover to side
-Posture wrist lock using chin
-Opp. under hook wrist lock
-Step over and darce
"Threesome" drill
Kept getting my knees smashed, legs are crossing over too often
getting butterfly swept, cant keep up with the 4+ move combos
